Restaurant ISHQ, Fes Morocco

Dinner tonight at ISHQ restaurant just outside the medina and close to our Riad. Housed in a beautiful multi story and glass enclosed building with an open atrium. The atmosphere was great and the food outstanding. We sampled the mushroom soup amuse bouche, the variation around button mushrooms with soft boiled egg and sage oil, Shrimp Linguini with shellfish bisque, and seabass with black garlic, Szechuan pepper, and red curry. 4.8/5.0
