Oaxaca, Amsterdam Netherlands

A new restaurant that opened while we were in Amsterdam, featuring authentic upscale Mexican food. They did an excellent job capturing the flavors outside of Mexico (and California), growing many of the ingredients like corn and chilies that just aren't widely available here. The decor was nice (you can tell they have invested a lot of money here). The Mole, Iberian Pork tacos al Pastor, Elote, Chips, and guacamole were good. We always look for authentic Mexican flavors, which are hard to come by in Europe. This one hit the mark! 4.8/5.0
