A well hyped establishment in Faro that lives up to to all the attention. The dining room is well appointed, modern, but a little stark. The service, the food, and the wine selection are the stars here. We started with the mushroom soup that is topped with a slow cooked egg, then progressed to the Suckling pig and the Duck breast as our main courses. All were very well prepared and artistically presented with well balanced flavors. The wine selection is very extensive, Portugal focused and offers some of the best selections that highlight the many regions of Portugal. Best of all the wines are reasonably priced for the high quality. The prices overall are moderate but what you would expect for such high quality. 4.8/5.0
